IB Suite™ v1.0

IB Suite OsiriX Plugin v1.0 is a software package consisting of four key features:

• Registration:  Automatically co-register images from one timepoint to a previous timepoint
• Difference:  Enables the generation of difference maps to visualize changes within the same patient.  An example of this would be a delta T1 image generated from pre- and pos-contrast T1 images  
• ROI:  Easily generates regions of interest (ROI) quickly and precisely - along with other ROI manipulation
• Export:  Allows datasets to be exported in DICOM proprietary formats compatible with treatment or surgical navigation systems

1.  BEFORE:  Two images for same the same patient but having different study dates are selected for registration.

2.  DURING:  The more recent image was dragged and dropped onto the prior image, then IB Registration was selected to initiate registration by the plugin.  The registration result is previewed as a checkerboard image to allow the user to change registration types and other options before accepting the results.

3.  AFTER:  The registration was accepted without any changes and a new series was added to the more recent study.

4.  FINE TUNING:  Before accepting, the user may fine-tune the registration results to correct minor misalignments.

NOTE:  IB Suite™ v1.0 does not have FDA 510(k) clearance and is restricted to investigational use.
